OVERVIEW:
Just 95 days from the date of this seminar, the Patient Driven Payment Model will take effect for skilled nursing facilities. Is your nursing home ready? Are hospitals ready? This seminar will feature Health Dimensions Group’s team of experts as captains of the journey to success under PDPM. Starting with the most current policy clarifications from CMS and context under Medicare reform, this program will engage attendees in activities that gauge readiness and steer them towards areas to focus on as they are making final preparations for implementation this summer. Our focus will be on rehabilitation, coding and documentation, and operational excellence.
