LeadingAge New Jersey announces partnership with Compass
LeadingAge New Jersey engages the services of Compass Group Affordable Housing, LLC to assist our affordable senior housing membership in matters that affect them directly. Under the direction of The LeadingAge New Jersey President/CEO, Compass performs independent consulting services on behalf of LeadingAge New Jersey, which includes:
Regulatory/Legislative Affairs
Compass monitors, reviews, and analyzes proposed, new, or existing State regulations and/or legislation and their impacts on LeadingAge New Jersey Housing members, as well as offers alternatives to government proposals and new initiatives based on LeadingAge New Jersey member comments. In certain instances, Compass is asked to provide guidance to the Princeton Public Affairs Group.
Operational and Managerial Concerns
Compass researches and advises on operational and management trends or issues relevant to the LeadingAge New Jersey Housing membership, such as, site inspections, service coordination, etc.
Conference and Meeting Services
Compass attends state agency and other affiliate meetings, as well as LeadingAge conferences in partnership with LeadingAge New Jersey. Compass participates in LeadingAge New Jersey committee meetings and roundtable discussions and helps to identify and address topics or materials of interest raised by our research and the membership community for discussion purposes. Compass collaborates with and helps to secure subject matter experts or speakers as needed.
Reporting Requirements
Compass prepares and distributes updates on policy, operational, and managerial issues, and other topics as explored in the above meetings or research which are posted on the LeadingAge New Jersey website and included in other communications.
