We are seeking a Human Resources Director of Operations to define, develop and implement strategic human resources initiatives (for 6 locations including corporate) in alignment with Parker’s strategic plan, vision, and mission. Plan, develop, establish, implement and administer the human resources operations function in accordance with organizational goals.

Direct functions including employee relations, compliance, policies, workers compensation administration, compensation and payroll administration, benefits administration, talent acquisition, workforce structure, HRIS, and employee assistance. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field. Experience in health care operations strongly desired. Ten years human resources senior level experience, including a mix of Management, Generalist and Specialist functions. PHR Certification and/or SHRM-CP, preferred. Demonstrated proficiency of critical human resources operations functions. Executive level skills, experience and knowledge of strategic planning, operational management, and budget processes. Proficient in Excel and Word, Microsoft Applications, and HRIS systems (Oracle).Able to work full-time in office.
